Add Last Sign In Information for Build Users

Add Last Sign In Information for Build Users

The current last_sign_in date only shows the date for BIM 360, not Build. Please add a last_sign_in_build date for Build or change the process so the existing date reflects the users last sign in date on BIM 360 or Build. Also, add a last_sign_in on the admin_project_users extract table for the last time that user accessed each project.

Agree. Without this information it is impossible to effectively manage large accounts.

I completely agree @ljandreychuk_pcl_com & @daniel.smejkal4275F . It's impossible to manage large accounts without that information, especially when you have a corporate EBA. You end up with zombie users and projects on the server, which means that all the information in the Data Connector has no real value and it looks like ACC is underutilized. What's more, this doesn't just happen in Build, but throughout ACC. To give you an idea, I manage almost 1,000 users and I don't know if they use the 517 platform. This is not sustainable.

Including this information should be a simple and quick solution for the data schema and would provide a significantly more robust foundation for user, license, and platform management, resulting in more satisfied and efficient customers. Thanks to @ljandreychuk_pcl_com for their contribution and to @vm3d_fernando for sharing the use case, which is very representative.
