Add documents to a question in Forms

ACC is lacking the ability to add documents/files to a question in forms. This was possible in BIM 360 and is a really necessary feature. 

Now we can only add Photos/videos, issues or notes.

So few users missing this? Contractors often want to add a photo or a PDF or something to give more information to the questions.
