Add Automated Reminders for Issues, Reviews, Forms, Schedules, and Tasks in Meetings

Autodesk must implement automated reminders for the following elements within Autodesk Construction Cloud:

• Issues

• Reviews

• Forms

• Schedules

• Tasks in Meetings

These reminders should notify users when due dates are approaching — for example, 3 days in advance — and must be customizable (e.g., timeframes, notification method).

This is not a “nice-to-have” feature — it is a basic, expected function of any professional Common Data Environment (CDE). The lack of reminders creates unnecessary risk, missed deadlines, and drops in project quality and team accountability.

Autodesk must prioritize this feature to support effective project delivery and align with standard industry workflows.

A workaround I have tried is with PBI reports

I make bespoke PBIs per PM or per project and give them to the lead to hold their team accountable

100%! Even when you want to automise Reports on this, you have to keep changing the dates to calculate overdue, which defeats the purpose. Add a button to send overdue reminders to all overdue members.

ACC already has ample notifications to be setup on each user's "Notifications settings" when they click on their name on the top right.
The system will send personalised notifications, either instantly or at certain avialble intervals, check the RHS column

Notifications are notifications. The projects still need to be managed within each team.
PBI reporting will give your team leaders or project leaders a common report to be reviewing what actions are being done or not done. The most successful projects do this on a weekly basis.

If the notifications are ignored or not read, there is nothing ACC will be able to do to help.

@buildintel And everyone is aware of what you've said, but we are here to improve the system and not take it as is.

We shouldn't need to go to an external source as PBI nor does PBI entail all the details that it should.

Not everyone will do their tasks as soon as the notification is sent, we aren't getting into reasons why these aren't managed when they should have been. Instead, there is a need to make reporting easier on overdue tasks as reporting as a function is available on ACC but has not been thought out well enough.

Yes, the automation of reminders for RFIs and submittals is essential, should be option to turn on - to send daily, weekly, hourly etc.

Another tool are bespoke partner cards
It is possible to feed in your PBIs into ACC directly.
