I’ve noticed that General Contractors often use BuildingConnected Pro to send out bid requests. However, as subcontractors, we’d like to make it easier for GCs to find and invite us to bid.
My suggestion is to allow us to create a direct link to our company profile in Autodesk apps like BuildingConnected and PlanGrid. We could place this link on our website’s contact page, so if a GC is interested in working with us, they can quickly access our profile and send an invite—without having to search for us in the app.
This would streamline the connection process and make it easier for GCs to reach out. "Contact Us" website pages are so dated, and this would be a better way. Just a thought.
