MS Teams is nicely integrated into the ACC Meetings tool as an easier method to manage conferencing links and access for team members.
But it would also be nice for ACC to use AI to summarise the meeting action points and create them as draft Items in the Meeting. I feel these draft Items may need to go into a 'holding area' in the meeting for the organiser to review and organise into the meeting topics before sending out the Minutes.
I'm not sure if ACC could work in with existing AI such as MS Copilot, or if ACC would need its own AI Participant that would join the meeting?
