When I want to download a copy of a report, RFI, or meeting minutes from ACC, I have to export it first, before downloading a PDF. Can your programmers make it so that it's just one click to directly download the report and not have to go through the process of exporting it first, then waiting for the next screen to show a button to download the file, or an email if I navigate away?
