ACC - Docs - Civil 3D Project with References - Change drawing order

In Civil 3D (or AutoCAD) projects with refeences I would like to change the "drawing order" if I have for example surfaces, alignments, pipes and some images in my project.In AutoCAD or in Civil 3D it`s one click to change the drawing order.

An implementation in the standard ACC Viewer and in the special Viewer for the Civil Tools would be very helpful.
