We are a Civil Engineering Consultancy that uses Build to manage construction projects often times as the client representative. Our internal users are saying they have need for separating internal comments and discussion from external user (contractor) view during the review process. They wish to have that dialog available to only internal users until only at time of final answer have such available to external eyes (contractor) to act upon.
