Something very common that comes up during the construction phase of projects is sifting through drawing sets and seeing "Ref Specs" or "Refer to Specifications for exact locations" etc. In my experience, this can be very time consuming as both the GC and the sub-contractor to find and reference over and over again. Is there not a way to create a pathway or "link" from the sheets to the specific specification being referenced (similar to the way a detail in a sheet can be linked to another sheet)? This seems incredibly useful, and I won't say "Easy" but IT-friendly to integrate?
