This tools looks good, here are some suggestions tho ;

1. Be able to create report for items (opened, closed)
2. Be able to create issues from those opened items (instead of searching for issues to add to)
3. Be able to look for previous open items and merged them together so we don't have many of the same items opened/close
4. Be able to export multiple meetings at the same times (using report)
5. Use AI would be nice to get a summary on a column of the minutes

1. Being able to transform those items into issues would be perfect.
2. During those meeting, we asked questions, that would be nice to have some kind of button, when closed items, get the final answer at the same time, that we could opened if need, or put some comments from it..

Use automation or AI to close the open items, for example one item was RFI and this RFI changed status to closed.
