ACC Build Forms Templates – Ability to add multiple response types to a Question
Problem Statement: Users may need to provide more than one type of input when answering a single form question, such as both a textual response and a numeric value. Currently, when creating Form Templates in the Account Admin Library, ACC allows only one response type per question—either a text response or a number response. This limitation prevents users from collecting all required information within a single question.
