Ability to Recover a Deleted Form

Please add functionality for admin users to recover deleted Forms. We recently encountered an issue where a team member accidentally deleted a Form (Daily Report / Work Log). Unfortunately, there is no way to recover deleted Forms, so we had to recreate the Form from scratch. It would be very beneficial to give admin users the ability to recover/restore deleted Forms.

Also need a way to determine who deleted the form (no way to see who deleted because the activity goes away when form is deleted).

The ability to to restore should also remain with Project admins or account admins at least without raising Autodesk ticket.
