Currently the Tender Administrator is set at the beginning of the job and once set, only they can re-assign it to someone else. People go on leave and forget to do this and we end up having to remove them completely from the company and re-assign their work to someone else.
There needs to a super admin role with the ability to do this without reverting to the above workaround.
