Currently, emails filed to Correspondence from the project email address are public by default. The originator must manually set each of their emails as private if the content should not be visible to all project members. Even if all correspondence for the project is set to be private.
This is a major shortcoming for our projects. We have hundreds of emails a week from many different people for each of our 5+ projects. It is simply not feasible to manually change the privacy for each one, especially given that only the originator can do this.
Please create an option in Correspondence for emails filed from the project email to be private by default.
