Ability to Hide Issues on Sheets

I'd like their to be a quick button on each sheet to easily and quickly hide issues. Right now, when we open a sheet, it's hard to see the drawing when it's covered in issues. We always need to be able to see what's on the drawing. I think two things needs to happen 

1. the issues icon should be a lot smaller when zoomed out so you can see the actual plans
2. there should be a quick button to turn off issues and turn them on again so if you just need to see the plans, you can see them.

Very very frustrating for the site team when trying to review drawings on the app on a tablet. Please make the issue identification flags dynamic so that when you zoom in, the shrink to an appropriate size!
