Currently there is no way to download correspondence from ACC. Obviously email correspondence is a major part of a company's record retention plan. There needs to be a way to download or extract all of the correspondence so it can be archived with all of the other "as built" files like submittals and RFI's. If there is no way to permanently download the correspondence, why would anyone use it? If we stop using Autodesk, we lose all of that correspondence? That doesn’t make sense and seems like a major flaw.
