Uploading 3D Model Files For Viewing

Is it possible to upload and view 3D model files to Docs? I have tried OBJ/FBX files exported from 3DS Max and they do not load up with the materials/textures, just grey. Apparently GLB files are supported but I get a processing error every time I try to upload this format.

We simply want to host these models that are derived from drone scans, and make them viewable directly on Docs for clients to have a look round.

Currently, the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Viewer doesn’t support custom material libraries, which is why you’re seeing models display without textures or materials. This is a known limitation, and it’s something that many users have requested to enhance the ACC viewing experience. We’re hoping to see support for custom materials added in a future update!
