Here you can check what is possible to do with the mobile app

Unfortunately uploading files with the app is not possible.

What you can do is access the ACC platform through the website and upload as you would in a desktop.

this occurs due to the simple version of the app. if you download the  modified version of that app then you can find support in it. but the main question arises that which website is suitable for this. personally i am using Modgila from the start.
