I was just added to a new project in ACC. However, it opens in a separate ACC account than all my other projects. I'm signed in with the same email in both accounts. I have all the same subscriptions. I don't know why there are two accounts.
@Mbruno-JDB were you perhaps added to a project hub in a different data region? You can tell the data region in the web address, and you can also switch between data regions (if activated by admins) from your home page.
Thanks! It's in the EU hub. The client is hosting their own project for document management, separate from the project models, and their HQ is in the EU.
