Revit File Incompatible Usage

I have been added to a project on ACC recently and set up a coordination space to run clash detection and walk through the combined models of MEP, ARCH, and STRC. The problem I encountered was that the all the models were appearing except the architectural model(s). I ensured that the parent folder was selected so the revit file would've been picked up, but still doesn't show.

When I go to the docs page the revit file is showing in the correct folder. Now when I click on the file to see if it is working it actually takes me to the sheets first with no option to switch to 3D until I drop a pin on the sheet(s) to look at in 3D. My guess is that these issues are related.

Any ideas on how I could resolve this? Just wanting access to include the ARCH model with Model Coordination to send to the designers to correct potential issues. Thanks.
