I am currently facing an issue with Transmittals in Autodesk Construction Cloud. When a new member is added to the project, they cannot view previously sent transmittals.
Real life example could be: A new BIM Manager joins the project but can’t access past transmittals containing revised drawings. Unaware of the updates, they proceed with outdated plans, leading to rework, delays, and extra costs.
A possible solution could be adding a feature only limited to Admins that allows them to:
- Add New Recipients to an Existing Transmittal – This would enable project admins to grant access to newly added team members without resending files manually.
- Forward Transmittals – A built-in forwarding option to re-share an existing transmittal with new members directly within the platform, ensuring seamless access to critical documents.
