Need to link to objects in a model with an URL

Hi, I need to link to objects in a model in ACC with an URL, to create a link from a separate Web-based ERP-system we use for Management, Operation and Maintenance.
I can easily link to the whole model, but is it possible to use a parameter or anything to link to individual objects like a door?
Or if I create Viewpoints in Navisworks/Revit, can I create an URL to link to that Viewpoint in Docs in ACC?

How about create an Issue on the model and link to it?

sorry for late reply, we would like to link all objects in our BIM to the Information in our ERP-system, so there will be millions of issues.
we have to solve this automatically in software.
