Hi all,
I need to upgrade several ACC projects from version 2022 to 2024. Today I used the cloud function Revit Cloud Model Upgrade to upgrade two projects as a test but despite getting email notifications for both saying that the upgrade is complete, I can see them via the browser but neither of them are visible/accessible via Revit 2024. I can't view/access them via Revit 2022 either.
Note they are not workshared models, just cloud models.
I am the contract manager, admin, king, god of our account, so permission rights is not the issue. A Revit and Docs license is not the issue either (or being logged into my account via Revit).
I've already looked into both Autodesk articles below but there is no mention of anything related to that. Help pleeeease. 🙂
