List of issues from Docs to Design Collaboration or Model Coordination modules

I'm having some trouble viewing the issues list from Docs in the Design Collaboration and Model Coordination modules. I initiated a review workflow in Docs and I created the issues in this model, but they don't appear in Collaborate. Why is that happening?

By design, any Issues created in the Docs module will have the Design category assigned to them.  Issues created in Model Coordination will use the Collaboration/Clash category as well as the Coordination Space they were created in.  In order to have an issue appear in a model in the Model Coordination module you need to create that issue in that coordination space.  Therefore, you really can't use Reviews in Docs to create Issues that can be seen from outside of Docs.  At this time, I haven't found a decent workaround to solve this issue.
