How to download multiple sheets from ACC instead of one by one?

I regularly encounter a frustrating and time consuming issue when reviewing drawings posted to ACC. How do you download a pdf of multiple sheets from ACC instead of one by one? Currently I can only download one sheet at a time by exporting it or printing it. Even if they are on the site as pdfs, I can't download multiple at once. My project is huge and there are dozens of sheets, so this is quite inconvenient.

Any solutions?

Yeah, that sounds super frustrating. sadly, acc doesn’t make bulk downloads super obvious. The easiest way is to open the docs module, go to your plans or files folder, then use the check boxes to select multiple sheets at once — after that, you should see a download option appear at the top.

If your project admin has restricted downloads, you might need them to adjust your permissions first.

If it’s still not working, another trick is to use the desktop connector — it lets you sync acc files to your computer so you can grab multiple PDFs in one go.

Hello, @kimberly_lawrenceQZZPJ it is possible to download multiple sheets at once.

I assume you're selecting "download source file, for each file. However, if you select the files you wish to download, you can select "download source files" from above (see attached image).
