I am afraid this is still an idea on that other cloud forum and not possible. Might be worth adding this as an idea for ACC as well?
For now renaming it to something uninteresting at the very bottom of your projects breakdown is the best option, eg. something like z_IgnoreThisProject.
You can't Delete the project totally, but you can move it to the Archive Space in ACC.
Hi @arch_team
Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums! Has the solutions suggested by @Mohamed-Nassar & @MiWolff helped with your issue?
We look forward to hearing back from you with more information so we can help you as a community!

@arch_team No way to remove project from ACC, just move them to archive.
if my reply and @MiWolff reply helps you kindly choose the answered botton.
thanks.
I also want to add that it is in fact ridiculous that projects cannot be deleted.
After some thought.. I think the annoyance of not being able to delete junk projects far out-weighs the disaster of someone deleting a project by mistake.
But agree there should be a way. In my mind it should be an option if the project is empty. Or have three buckets; Active, Archive, Trash
Back here 2 months later facing the same issue
I don't know if something similar exists for Construction Cloud, but for Fusion, there is an elaborate way to delete things. Maybe it's buried for AAC as well?
Working as of Aug 14, 2025 for Fusion:
1. Open Fusion 360 Desktop
2. Open the Data Panel if it isn't already.
3. Drop down the list of teams. Select the team the project is in and choose 'View on Web'. This will open the Hub in a browser.
4. With your projects for that team showing in list view on the right panel, click the drop-down at the end of the project you want to 'delete'. Select Archive. A warning will appear, notifying you that this action could be destructive and may result in changes to your permissions. Just Do it™.
5. At the top of the right panel showing the list of projects for your team, select "Archived" near the top to only show archived projects.
6. When you hover over an archived project, there are now 2 options available: "Restore" and "Delete".
Yes, it is cumbersome
No, Autodesk does not have great documentation.
Yes, this helps accidentally deleting projects permanently.
Yes, it IS possible to delete Fusion Projects.
Thanks Stephen, I just checked to see if possibly it had been updated but no, delete is not an option in ACC:
This is definitely one feature on ACC that could do with changing but I suppose its to safegaurd users accidentally deleting projects and thus losing data. One option should be that if you archive a project and that project is stored in the archive space for more that 60 days, then you should have the option to delete it.
