Filtering submittals during review process

I have an issue.

I am in charge of among other things, handling the submittals for the project I'm working for.

I have created a few workflow templates that all have 2 steps during the review process and some of them have multiple required reviewers, as they involve multiple disciplines (Arch, Struct, Elec, etc). Those multiple disciplines also might have multiple team members that can submit the official response for that discipline.

Closing a submittal with only 2 " required" reviewers having sent their response is fairly common and easy once spotted.

The problem is spotting them. I have found no reliable way to to filter or search or sort submittals that are recently partially reviewed.

If only one reviewer among 5 required has responded and done so recently;  and I only need one more to respond, I have no reliable way of knowing because I receive no notifications, the " updated at" tab doesn't always reflect this event, there is no filter for workflow steps, there is no filter for "has this reviewer responded" or similar, there are no "NOT" filters to exclude anything, Ball in court filter is useless if there are multiple people in the same step.

Right now, what I am doing is filtering by status, ball in court and checking manually. Which isn't a big problem if there are only a few of them, but it is and will be a big problem for me with a larger numbers.

I am new to this platform and I figure I am problably doing something wrong and/or over-complicating things. I'd appreciate any advise/tips any of you may have.

I have a similar issue with how I view open submittals as all the information is so large that it is jammed together.  Additionally there is no main page that shows what items that are open, but have not been review by you.  This is a common feature on Procore. The filtering on this platform is really poor and I have similar issues when I am trying to find submittals and RFIs. It would be nice to filter by person ast the very least in this circumstance.

We have a similar issue with the submittals workflow/ball-in-court. When there are several consultants on one workflow, the submittal will not leave my court until all have reviewed. This is frustrating as I have to write down the ones I have reviewed as to not go back to them.

Please create a way to filter out individual people from a single step.

Thank you
