Can the shared link allow us playing video directly?

Hello

Is there any way to let people watch the video directly on the landing page if I create a shared link for the video in ACC rather than download it to watch?

It works perfectly once I log in and navigate the video in the folder in ACC, but it does not through the link. It only brings me a page to download it.

Hi @sancho_jeong 

The share link option only allows you to share a file for download, even when someone doesn't have a valid license to access acc.

When you navigate to the video in acc you are accessing the viewer functionality.

Regarding your question, it's only possible to download files with the share link option, you can't view the file.
