We purchased an ACC Build, Docs, and Cost management to manage the product. We found out that there is no functionality in the ACC to automatically send an email to the architect, reminders/notifications on overdue work items/issues, and RFI.
The only option available to architects is to log in to the ACC, and after that, they can see which issues are overdue. As we know, architects are busy, so sometimes they don't have time to log in to ACC.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we would like to sent automatically send email (or Teams/Slack) reminders for ACC Build issues that are near due or overdue. Please suggest any options; this is very critical for us.
