Autodesk Docs and account / project manager

I had a look at Autodesk Docs. There's an Account Administrator and a Project Administrator. So. Any user with access to Autodesk Docs is by default both of them. Something I don't like for a corporate environment - there should be a single Account Administrator IMO.
So how do I prevent regular users from creating their own projects on Docs? And how do I create a single Account Administrator?
