I have a BIM Collaborate Pro license through the company I work for. Using the Revit Cloud worksharing has been fine up till this morning. I went to open a model that is hosted on Autodesk Docs and a message came up that I am not currently a member of a Autodesk Docs Account. To add to it, all the files cannot be seen on the ACC web portal. It says there are no projects. There is one other member of the project and they to have the same issue.
I am the admin for the ACC account and when i sign in with admin rights, I get a message saying something went wrong and the page I am looking for cannot be found, in addition to all projects, documents (Revit files) & template fully missing.
I have spoken to my IT department and they say no permissions have been changed on the company side. It has been a pain getting hold of anyone at Autodesk. I went through the chat bot assistant and said i'd like to speak to a rep but after logging my detail, it just reset the chat and asked me the same questions again. There is no number to call Autodesk directly that i can find.
I should also say, the projects are hosted on the EU server. I have gone to the Autodesk health check and it has said all systems are operational. I literally have no idea what do. It has been a full day of no work. This issue started at 8:40 am.
Any help to figure this out would be much appreciated.
