As a user in Thailand, I really want to implement and improve our processes on construction sites by using ACC for document management. Unfortunately, it doesn't support the Thai language at all.
As you can see, I have commented on the PDF file in both English and Thai. After saving my comment, only the English comment is shown (whether you combine both or not).
I don’t understand why this is happening, and I'm struggling a lot with this implementation. In the Thai construction process, we typically communicate in Thai, as not everyone can comment or communicate in English. Right now, I have to use other software to comment in Thai and then re-upload it back into ACC, which makes the process complicated for everyone involved.
I hope Autodesk will update this soon.
