Some of our users are experiencing ACC becoming unresponsive when trying to place an issue pushpin within a complex model. Is anyone else experiencing this & do you have ideas for resolving the behavior?
Autodesk advice is to wait. Creation of issue pushpin is slow in ACC Model Coordination
But the practical reality is that our staff will die of old age during the waiting period.
Rebooting the machine works as a fix, but when the user has several Revit models open in addition to ACC. The reboot cost is hours of lost work while everything is reopened.
We generally have Dell Precision 5000 series machines with either 64GB ram and good internet.
