TIP: How to deactivate a member from your HUB.

Hello,

If you have someone leave your company, or they no longer need access to the HUB, how can you remove them? 

You can not delete them, as there contributions are tied to the HUB. So what we have is created the ability to remove them by deactivating them. Note that this will remove them from being able to access the HUB, but all there uploads, comments, markups and other contributions will still be available. 

NOTE: This tips works for Both BIM 360 Team and Fusion Team. 

You must be an ADMIN to be able to do this.   Go to the upper right hand corner of the Team HUB and click on your user profile icon.  Then select Admin. 

Click on "Members and Roles" 

Find the person you want to deactivate and then click on the "Active" link under "Status"   This will expand the dialog and show a "Deactivate"  option. 

Click on "Deactivate" and that will remove them from the active status, and change the text to "Inactive" 

Note that you can add this person back and a later date if needed.
