Here is a tip to cover how to Archive and or Delete Projects in A360.
If you are finished with the project and no longer want to see it in the list, but may need to cycle back to it later, or just want to keep it as a record of your Project, you can Archive the entire project. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Bell icon.

You will get a dialog that tells you what happens when you Archive a Project.
ARCHIVE PROJECT
You are about to deactivate the project: Your Project Name goes here
Once you archive this project:
- Project members can no longer access this project
- Existing content in the project will no longer be accessible to the project members, including you.
- No new content/activity can be added to the project.
- The project and it's content will no longer appear in search results or in the Project List.

If this is your first Project to Archive, you will see a new shortcut across the top bar. "Archive" This will allow you to see what projects have been archived and if needed, restore or delete them. If you mouse over the Project name, two menu options show up.
If you want to restore the project, just click the "Restore" button. If you want to delete the project, click "Delete" button.
NOTE: There is no coming back from Deleting a Project, so once you click the "Delete" button that project and all the content is gone!

Once you click the "Delete" button, you get a warning before you can continue.
DELETE PROJECT
When you delete a project and its data:
- Are deleted permanently and cannot be recovered.
- Cannot be accessed using previously shared links.
- Will not appear in search results.
Are you sure you want to delete the project: Your Project Name?
