Hi,
Today we will be introducing a new A360 to all our customers. You will notice a banner inviting you to try out the new experience, check it out and let us know what you think .

Thanks.
Thanks for the note Aaron,
Great point, we've highlighted this to the development team, so we'll see what can be done over time with this.
one other thing you can do is add this to the A360 Ideastation as well so that others can add their comments and kudo's as well.
Chad a quick update here,
I'll reply back when fully confirmed and in motion to be fixed.
Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience.
Hi Chad,
I believe we figured this out,
When we opened the main file in Revit we noticed that the actual file names for the linked files was different than the actual names of them. Once we reloaded those 3 other files with the correct names, then all appeared to work fine.
Please confirm on your end as well.
Ah, those files I sent you from my Hub were renamed after uploading, so yes they would be different.
Back on my PC, the file names are correct as per the Manage Links dialog. When you reloaded them from the renamed files it in essence loaded the links into the host file. Previously they were Unloaded.
So, this did provide a hint to the issue.
I simply Reloaded the files and saved the host file, and then uploaded them. This worked.
I can now confirm that for Revit projects, that the linked files need to be Loaded in the project in order for them to be considered part of the Assembly.
I'm still deciding whether this is how I want this to function, or despite whether they are loaded or not still have the links as part of the Assembly.
I'm also still not happy that the Assembly filesize is noted as the size of the Parent File. If I download the 'Assembly' then the file is actually much larger due to all the links. It is providing false information.
And lastly, I feel that the Assembly needs to provide more information beyond that of the Parent file. If it is including the linked files, then I feel that I should be able to to view the Sheets from those linked files. Although in general, the way that A360 treats Revit files and their links needs to be much better.
Thanks for the feedback Chad, I'm glad all is working now again for you and i'll pass your information along to the dev teams.
