Hello everyone,
I'm using Revit 2015 and I'm not able to use the tool "Render in cloud": during the step 1 the message " Unable to get Cloud Credit balance" appears. I knew that credits for student license were unlimited... is something changed ? It's strange because I've already used this tool in the past and it worked perfectly.
Thank you for the help.

Hi,
You are right, students have unlimited cloud credits. Have you registered as a student at student here: http://students.autodesk.com/
After you register, be sure to download Revit (even if you have it already). This will associate your Autodesk ID with a student subscription.
Thanks.
Thank you very much for your answer,
unfortunately I've tried to reinstall the product from the linked page but the cloud doesn't work yet. Is there something else that I could do to solve the problem ?
Thank you again for your disponibility.
Hello Edoardo,
From the error message, the problem seems not related to your account, it may be caused by that your network cannot connect to credits count service or the credits count service's instability. Could you share me the screenshot of the error dialog you saw to let me check it? And could let me know if it have been worked well before on your this machine?
Hello,
I've added the screenshot as asked. I've used rendering in cloud before on this machine with no problems, but Revit version was different. I used Revit 2013.
Thank you.
Hello Edoardo,
Could you try this work around to check wheter it can work for you.
1. Press WIN + R key to open Run window.
2. Paste %localappdata% to the input box and click OK.
3. It will open a file explorer and show the path like "C:\Users\USERID\AppData\Local\Autodesk"
4. Find "Web Services" folder and rename it to anyother name.
5. Close your Revit and relaunch it.
6. log-in agian and try cloud rendering again.
Any problem please let me know.
Goodmorning,
I've tried to do as suggested but the problem still remains...
Thank you anyway.
