Hello everyone,
I'm using Revit 2015 and I'm not able to use the tool "Render in cloud": during the step 1 the message " Unable to get Cloud Credit balance" appears. I knew that credits for student license were unlimited... is something changed ? It's strange because I've already used this tool in the past and it worked perfectly.

I checked your account in our data base, it is an unlimited EDU account. Please try to sign out and sign in agian to t ry it agian. Any problem please let me know.

I checked your account (using the emailID used on this forum) and you are not registered as a Student. Please do the following:
- Register here: http://students.autodesk.com/
- After you register, be sure to download Revit (even if you have it already). This will associate your Autodesk ID with a student subscription.

Hi, I'm having the same problem - registered as a student and even though I don't have unlimited credit points, but just 25. I downloaded Revit again, do I need to re-install it as well, if I have it already? I mean delete the one that I have and then install the new one?

Could you give me more information? Have your account worked as unlimited student account before? or is this your first time to use cloud rendering?
If this is your first time to get student account, please follow the Ana's post to register and then download a Revit software. Any problem please let me know.

Where you download the Revit from? Please make sure you downloaded it from the education page:http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/featured. And you just need to download it if you already have one installed. Then try to sign out and sign in again. Any problem please let me know.

I checked your account and your rendering history, seems you are a new user just created on rendering. Is this your first time to use cloud rendering? Have you subscribe as student account before? If you did not subscribe for student account before, please follow this steps to apply student account:
- Register here: http://students.autodesk.com/
- After you register, be sure to download Revit (even if you have it already). This will associate your Autodesk ID with a student subscription.

I am using revit 2016 and i have a student's account. But while rendering in cloud it shows that i only have 25 credits. I have tried re- installing revit and tried re-logging in. But nothimg has worked. Is there anyway to get the unlimited credits back?
