Rendering Naming - Feature Request

I find myself making a minimum of three iterations of renderings:
 

1. a test render
2. a final render
3. an adjusted exposure render

If I'm creating 10 images, thats 30 images to manage. Can you give us the option to name each image so we can keep track of which images are 'in progress' as of now it can be quite confusing and cumbersome to track which images are rendering, especially if nothing is named.
