Hello,
I have checked my internet connection and it seems like there's no problem with that but when it comes to rendering in cloud, there will be a pop out saying that no connection to server. This happens to my colleagues too.

Which product are you rendering from - Revit, Autocad? Can you attach a screenshot so that we can see the exact error?
