Hello @Anonymous,

The cloud rendering of Navisworks works fine on my side. Could you  help to follow these steps to debug this problem?

1. install a web debug tool fiddler: http://www.telerik.com/fiddler

2. Launch the fiddler

3. launch Navisworks and then try cloud rendering

4. When the error pop again, go to fiddler --> File --> save --> all sessions

5. send the saved log file to support.autodesk360.rendering@autodesk.com

Thanks,
Sally Dong
