Emergency Please Help!!

I will be so thankful to you if you can please say you can send me a copy of my model. I lost my model after sending for the render.

Do you get a copy of the model while I request for render?

Please say yes and say you can help me. 😞

 

Attached is my model that doesnt seem to open. It shows some error. Please help me repair it or send me a copy if you have access to it when I request for render in cloud.

Hi @Swikriti,

 

I am sorry to let you know that cloud rendering dose not store customer's model file,  I would like to suggest you to go to https://a360.autodesk.com to check whether you have synced your file there.
