Does A360 retain a copy of the 3D revit file that I requested a rendering for?

I requested a rendering of a view of my project. Unfortunately soon after that, I lost my revit model because my computer crashed and it did not back up the files for some reason. I somehow recovered file that seems to have been damaged and cannot access. Is it possible for me to get a copy of my revit model from A360 as they might have retained a copy when i requested for a render?

Any support would be much appreciated.

Thankyou!

The model was built using Revit 2015.

Hello @Swikriti,

I am sorry to let you know that cloud rendering dose not store any customer's model file. Revit has the backup files function, you could check whether there is backup file on your machine :http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2017/ENU/?guid=GUID-E79353E9-CC57-4ECE-93B8-5D12D9B3B135 . Hope this is helpful.

Thanks,
Sally Dong
