Cloud Creidts?

Hi. Can anyone tell me how to buy cloud credits?? I'm absolutely rearing to use A360 but can't find any link in my profile or 3DS Max or anywhere on the internet to do so!!!!! I'm paying a lot for my subscription and I don't seem to have the ability to even purchase render points. Is this another feature that's unavailable to South Africans? Do any real humans actually work for Autodesk or is it a completely automated company? The closest thing to support I've been able to find is this forum. It's a little bit rediculous.

I'm about to tear my hair out. Please help, someone

You can purchase cloud credits from within your Autodesk 360 account. Please click How to purchase Cloud Credits and follow the step-by-step instructions. You will find where the REPORTING page is in your account. Hope this helps.
