A360 Dashboard is not visible.

Hello guys,

I'm having trouble with A360 after signing in to my account in Revit 2015.
The dashboard pops up with a message "Select 3D views to render in the Cloud" no matter what file or view I'm in.

Any suggestion?

Hi @m3mehdi,

I would like to suggest you to try to reset your IE security settings back to default and cleared all the browser history and the dialogue box came back in Revit. Any problem please let me know.

Hey @SallyDong2005

Thank you very much responding to my post. I've reset my IE security back to defaults as advised. However, I'm still having the same issue.

Some say there could be a problem with the host file in System32 folder as well because my windows gadgets have gone missing lately.

I would really appreciate your help!

Thanks.
Mehdi

@SallyDong2005

I remember updating my anti virus software when this problem occurred. I'm using Win7 and my browsers are Firefox & Google Chrome.
It's annoying and I'm unable to use Cloud Render.

I've also attached a screenshot of my desktop with Windows Gadgets.

 Thanks!

Hi @m3mehdi,

Could you help to install a fiddler debug tool to help debug this issue.

1. install fiddler: http://www.telerik.com/fiddler

2. launch fiddler and go to Tool --> Telerik Fiddler Options --> Https tab--> check Capture Https connects and Decrypt heetps traffic.

3. launch Revit  and then try cloud rendering

4. once the render in cloud dialog pops, go to fiddler: File --> save --> save all sessions.

5. send the saved files to yuejuan.dong@autodesk.com.

Thanks,
Sally Dong

@SallyDong2005

Good day!

Thank you for extending your support. I'm sending you the fiddler file as directed. I'm hoping against hope that this matter on my end would be resolved as I'm still unable to work on Cloud.

Truly appreciate your help!

Thanks.
Mehdi

Hi @m3mehdi,

Seems your environment blocked something of cloud rendering. The fiddler log file is not helpful for us to debug this problem. I would like to suggest you to try to close your anti virus software  and try it again.

Thanks,
Sally Dong

Hi @SallyDong2005

I thank you once again for your time and effort. It's unfortunate to hear that the Fiddler file didn't help to debug the problem.
If I find any solution, I'll definitely post the findings.

Thank you.
Mehdi
