Hi,

Thanks for your post.

I haven't seen this behaviour before, could you please send more details on how it happens?

Does it happen with the same file or any file?

What is the file type?

Do other users have the same result?

Does it happen only with the apps or with the web browser as well?

Are your apps up-to-date?

Cheers,

Luciane

Thanks for your response

It happened with two  files.
- File is nwd.

Yes my friend had same issue on same IPad pro with same file.

- In apps BIM 360 teams and A360.

- my apps are updated

but when I upload it to BIM 360 Docs it worked perfect. because file was on my A360 drive when this behavior happen on BIM 360 teams and A360 only.

I have a post just placed last week... the behavior described in my post is the same exact as described on this one.  I have some more details about devices, etc.., and when we encountered it.
