View MP4 in autodesk Viewer

Hi.

I have uploaded a MP4 to my A360 drive.

I copy a link that i want to share.

I click on the link in the email i want to send and autodek viewer opens in a webpage.

I hit play button and the movie lags alot.

The movie is about 3,5 MB big.

When i watch the movie in my A360 drive its looks ok.

I use Chrome web browser

Best regards

Lennart

hi Lennart,

It might be the actual mp4 file causing you trouble here, or your internet connection (possibly)

Can you test another mp4 file that you have just to see if you have the same issues?

I just tested your steps on my end with a couple mp4 files, and all seems to be ok so let me know.

Possibly a screencast recording (download here) might help us to see as well. (or share the file with us as well to download and try from out end via public link)

Thanks,

Hi. Thank you for the answer.

The MP4 file works fine when i play it, it is only in Autodesk viewer online that are not ok.

hi Lennart, my apologies here.

Can you please review this post HERE to see if it's the same known issue that you're having?

If so, the team is aware of and working on a resolution, however, it's not completed yet unfortunately.

Please let me know if this is not the same issue. I believe that it is.

Thanks,

hi Lennart, i think its a Chrome issue.

I tested uploading your file into Drive with IE11 and FireFox, and both those browsers are a lot better than what i'm seeing in Chrome.

I'm not sure why, but that is what i see on my end.

Can you test as well?

Have a great day 🙂

Thanks,
