Uploading dwg

Hei 

I'm new in A360. 

I tried to upload a 2d DWG. ACA 2012 fil to my project. 

every thing is ok until it's finished to upload, I can not open/view the fil. on line. 

I'm using Google Chrome

Hello Yanwei,

Once you upload the file it needs time to do what we call translate so that you are able to view it. Can you try it again and let us know if it's still not working?

I have tried many time and different fil.s , 2d dwg, 3d dwg,and rvt. 

alle the fils were uploaded and stay there over an hour. Steel nothing happened. 

I don't know what to do.

You mentioned that it was ACA, which tends to create a lot of reference files.  You may need to do a composite upload.  Select the main file first and then all the additional files that need to go with it.  It will them give you the option to do a composite upload and select the main file.  It will then link them correctly when it uploads. See the attached image.
