Hello Ufuk,

Thanks for posting your question to the A360 forum. Can you share more details with us on this and then we can try to sort out what is going on.

For example are you using A360 and if so can you share with us what the link is to your hub when you sign in.

Can you tell us how you are trying to upload the files and what type of files they are. Also how large are the files you are trying to upload.

Also what browser are you using, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or maybe Internet Explorer. If Internet Explorer can you try using Chrome or Safari to see if that works.

Let us know these details and a screen shot of what you are trying to do as well as the error would also help us out.

Thanks in advance for getting us all these details and looking forward to your reply.

Hi Bud,

I tried Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer.

I still get an error message about "cant Upload file". (See attached picture)

No problem file size smaller.

"Autodesk atolye05.pptx"

PPTX file size is 54MB.

thanks

Hi Ufuk,

Thanks for getting back to me with the details. Is this your hub that you created, or one that you have been invited to? Also were you able to upload files to this project before?

I grabbed the screen shot and the messages so that I can send them to the team to see if there is an issue going on with the hub and or your account. Are you using the same eMAIL as here to access the project.

Thanks again for getting us all the details.

Hi,

Yes, mail is same.

I did not open any project yet.

As I always do, I only want to upload my files.

Before A360Team, I could upload file that 600MB or more.

Thanks for advance.

Thanks Ufuk for the details. Are you only seeing the red warning banner wiht large files? What happens if you upload a smaller file? Does that work?

I also have sent the screen shot and hub link to our development team to see if they have any ideas or questions for you as well. Let me know if you can upload smaller files or not. Also if this was working before, or has always failed.

Thanks for all the details on this so far.

Hello,

Just wanted to give you an update. We are still working on this, but do not have a resolution for it yet. We have logged a defect so that we can track what is going on. We will update you once we have more details.

Are you trying to copy files from your A360 account to your A360 Drive account? What happens if you upload these same files directly to y our A360 Drive account. If this is what is causing the error, can you give that try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks again for working with us on this.

Hi Ufuk-

Sorry for the inconvenience.  We are actively working on this issue, in the meantime, a workaround is to upload the file to A360 Drive.

You can access A360 Drive at 360.autodesk.com

Can you try that and let me know if it works?

Thanks for your patience,

Mary

Hi,
It seems ok. (A360 Drive account)

Thanks.

The file has been upload succesfuly via my "360.autodesk.com" page.

But I think problem is my A360 account below; (see attached picture)

Regards and thanks.

Hi Ufuk,

Thanks for the updates and the issue we are working on is when you try and access your data from the A360 Account to your A360 Drive account.

And thanks for letting us know that you are able to upload directly to A360 Drive outside of your A360 Team account. Sorry for the delay on this, we are still working on it, but it's taking time to get it fixed.

Hi Ufuk-

Would you mind sending me your A360 Drive login credentials so I can try your account?  Please send them to first.last@autodesk.com, where my first.last = mary.morse?

I want to see if I can fix your issue.

Hi Ufuk-

Thanks for sending me your login information, I confirmed that your A360 Drive account is working as expected.

I'm happy to report that we have diagnosed the source of your upload failure, and will be working to fix this asap.  In the meantime, if you encounter this error again, please use the workaround above and upload your file directly into A360 Drive.

Thanks for your patience!
