loading a file

Hi,

 

I'm getting this message for the first time when I'm trying to open a file.

 

Sorry. We have encountered some issues when preparing file for viewing. Please contact support for assistance.

Can you help I need to get these files asap.

This can be so many things, including a problem with the website.  The steps you can take to verify that it is not on your end:

1.  Double check your file before uploading.  Any cleanup you can do and then re-save it.

2.  Upload the file again.

3.  Sometimes it can take up to a couple hours to be ready for viewing.  Normally it should not take that long, maybe 10 minutes, but wait and see.

 

If it is a supported file type and these steps do not help, then there could be a problem with the translation.
